It almost become a tradition to get a makeup item as a Christmas gift for my professional makeup artist kit. Or probably it’s just an excuse to buy something even though I don’t really need it… And for me it’s very important that only the best products and the items that I will get a lot of use out of it would make it to my kit.
I checked most of the holiday palettes from different makeup brands, but decided to stick with MAC. Since all MAC shadows I had before, were in the singe form (and I am addicted to palettes) I got 15 pan eye shadow palette and filled it with new colours. Most of the colours I chose are matte finish, will work perfectly for natural of bridal work. And couple of more unique colours, because experimenting is in my blood :)

That’s the colours that made it to the palette:
I row in the palette:
- Brule (matte soft and pale creamy nude)
- Yogurt (matte cool tone pale pink)
- Wedge (matte slightly warm medium taupe - brown)
II row in the palette:
- All that glitters (shimmery warm tone champagne with a hint of pink)
- Soba (golden brown with gold shimmer)
- Cork (matte medium golden brown)
III row in the palette:
- Nylon (frosty very pale gold)
- Wood-winked (shimmery medium yellow toned bronze)
- Espresso (matte cool toned dark brown)
IV row in the palette:
- Bitter (matte lime green)
- Coppering (shimmery burned orange)
- Brown Down (matte warm medium/dark brown)
V row in the palette:
- Vex (shimmery cool tone pale beige with pink-green pearl)
- Haux (matte medium mauve brown)
- Sketch (matte burgundy shadow with a red shimmer)

What did you get for Christmas? :)
