Review: Too Faced Amazing Face Foundation

I’ve been trying out this foundation for a while now on different skin types and I have mixed views… The package stated that it’s an oil-free close-up coverage foundation.

What first caught my eyes- the beautiful glass package. It looks like a makeup bottle from a fairy vanity. The downside thought is that it is very heavy. It contains usual 30ml, but carrying it in the kit is a bit painful… Another thing is that is comes without a pump and a plastic cap breaks easily.

The texture is quite liquid-y and thin, it looks perfect once applied sheer and gives a see-through appearance.  It does not cover redness or breakouts well, so definitely there is a need of concealer for this. It gives a nice dewy finish but once you try to build the foundation up more it can start getting cakey.

I would recommend this for a normal or slightly dry skin because it does not last well and gets too shiny on combination/oily skin and for very dry skin it can pick up the dry flakes and accentuate them. The colour selection is not too wide but I found the shades looking very natural.
